The rods on both sides let you go handheld right away. Both rods can be adjusted in height and position around the camera, and one side can even be completely removed if not needed. All camera connections, buttons, dials, and the battery door remain fully accessible. Our custom hot shoe pinch connects your camera into one solid piece with the cage. Plenty of 1/4"-20 mounting threads allow for assembly of a full rig to your needs. This small camera cage is very lightweight.
